The Transferability Toolkit
The Transferability Toolkit provides detailed instructions on how to implement the From Cure to Care system, information on the resources required, and brief guidance on how to adapt the system to different contexts or user needs.
Additionally, it includes recommendations for training and support, as well as monitoring and evaluation strategies to ensure the effectiveness of the replicated system.
It represents a key milestone in the outcomes of our project, and it will always remain freely accessible by anyone.
The Final Multiplier Event of the FCTC project will take place in Turin on 29/03/2023 in coincidence with the final Transnational Project Meeting . The event will present the Results of the 2 years cooperation as well as entailing a Discussion Panel on the project's topics.
From 30/01/2023 to 03/02/2023 Unito will be receiving 15 students from Ireland, Poland, Spain selected among the participants to the From Cure to Care blended training programme jointly delivered by the partner universities. A 5 days immersive blended training programme planned within the From Cure to Care project's LTTA, during which the students, supported by Unito' staff and volunteers, will have the opportunity of experiencing an intercultural exchange process while digging into the course's topics and the cultural ecosystem of the University and the city of Turin.

FCTC partners were very happy to attend the first face -to -face meeting of the project in Caçeres, Spain, on 27th April 2022. On the 28th of April, the University of Extremadura, hosting the meeting, organised the 1st Multiplier Event foreseen by the project in the 2 years. The latter will saw the participation of the whole FCTC team.
